Refund Policy

Registration fees cannot be refunded for the At The Heart of the Matter conference. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived with the following exceptions.

Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member
Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance.  In such a circumstance, the Main Office must be contacted by e-mail. Refunds will still be subject to the 10% processing fee.

Cancellation of conference due to unforeseen circumstances
In the event the organisers must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, CHEC will refund the cost of registration. However CHEC does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.

Transfer of Registration
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual, this however must be done at least 10 days before the start of the conference, and confirmed in writing by both parties involved.
