In 2019, whilst living in the UK, Ross home-schooled his youngest daughter through her year 10.

Based in Canberra, Australia, Ross has ten years of executive level experience in the Australian Government environment portfolio managing small teams to deliver ecologically sustainable development. In that workplace, Ross initiated an executive coaching role to build individual capabilities, resolve interpersonal conflict and coach teams for high performance.
Ross has Bachelor degrees with Honours in Science (Australian National University, Canberra) and Theology (Moore Theological College, Sydney). He is a certified coach with the World Institute for Action Learning, the International Coach Federation and a member of the Resolution Institute.
In 2018 Ross became Chair of the World Institute for Action Learning Australia. In 2020, Ross finished working in the Australian Public Service to pursue his passion for coaching and building capability for individuals, couples and teams.
Ross treasures the natural environment and loves fly-fishing, bike riding, carnivorous plants and bonsai. Ross is active in Christian communities, Including Capital Edge Canberra.
